Thank you very much for your help. I will look around to see if I can find a doctor who can deal with laser resurfacing. Now the dents aren't worsening anymore, but I'm not improving at all.
I red on the web about saline injections to recover from steroid induced cutaneal atrophy, but I don't know if there could be any side effect, since I had also botulin injections after the cortisone ones.
Thank you again for your suggestions, I will definetely look aroud for this kind of laser teraphy.
Best regards
Hello,
It looks like an atrophic scar. They form a depression or sunken area because of damage to the collagen, fat or other tissues below the skin. In such scars, apart from plastic surgery, laser resurfacing is also helpful. They can be safely and effectively resurfaced through the proper use of a high-energy, pulsed or scanned carbon dioxide (CO2) or Erbium-Yttrium-Aluminum-Garnet (Er:YAG) laser.
