Skin

I  have red streaks, bumps, and rash that burn, sting and itch and go away in 20-60 minutes. Some times there is a tiny dark spot by the area and when I wipe it away the sensation subsides seemingly faster. I had one scabies Test early on which was negative.  This has been going on for four months now. I tried borax and tea tree oil bath and washed bedding daily. These area area all over my body, they seem worse in the am and later afternoon evening. I am miserable and don't know what to do.  Past coupe weeks have been super lot ironing myself, but no change.

Hello,
for such symptoms, body lice should be ruled out. The other possibility is of chigger bites. According to CDC(centre of disease control), Intense itching (“pruritus”) and rash caused by an allergic reaction to the louse bites are common symptoms of body lice infestation. Wash the Clothing, bedding, and towels in hot water and dry them in sun after machine drying them. Topical permethrin or Lindane cream may be needed which are available by prescription only.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I had one scabies Test early on which was negative.  This has been going on for four months now. I tried borax and tea tree oil bath and washed bedding daily. I have not done any of the baths since end of April. These areas are all over my body, they seem worse in the am and later afternoon evening. I am miserable and don't know what to do.  Past coupe weeks have been super lotioning myself with Sarna and Cetrapil but no change. At times I have sensation something is crawling on me, first felt this on my feet.  Today is noticed smaller whitish grey lines on my wrist where skin was irritated.
Are there more then one test for scabies, and if positives how do you treat furniture?
What sort of things come and go in general same area. I have 3-4 spots which have lasted a week plus. They kind of look like chiggers but mostly just burn not itch. One that went away left a scar.   This skin condition certainly has progressively gotten worse.
Any suggestions on to get Dr to listen to me , all he says it that scabies doesn't come and go. If so how can people have them and not know it.
Your input is most appreciated, thank ou.

That should read super lotioning my self. Also sometime  I have tiny holes like bug bits in the skin, some hurt and some don't.  Some areas are like a rash, some are lines  1" to 1/4", some of the lines have tiny bumps in them, and some of the lines are  whitish down the middle. Also have had dozen or so  little  blood blisters which turn brown.
