Small cysts? pimples? All over body that are easily 'popped' by just rubbing over them. Liquid comes out when popped.

I would like to know what caused this and how I can treat it please.
Small clear(skin coloured) pimple-like bumps all over my body, mainly around the torso. When rubbed they pop easily and leave behind a red-ish kind of 'scar'

This sounds like something I went through about 15 years ago; I had pimple-like bumps all over me that could be popped, since there was a "head" on them and there was clear fluid inside, I remember the lymph nodes around beck and groin were tender as well.
If I remember correctly, that was a form of staph infection and it took a couple rounds of antibiotics to deal with it.
Hope that helps to give you a direction to investigate and hope you feel better!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to irritated hair follicles or folliculitis. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
