Soft skin bump in perineum

Hello,
I'm 24 years old male and more than 5 years ago I noticed small skin bump in my perineum area (between scrotum and anus). It is possible I had it from my birth - I don't know. It's soft and it doesn't hurt, it's just few millimeters long and it has same color like my skin. There is nothing "hard" inside. It's almost like if raphe between my anus and scrotum is raised in this part or like there is some kind of small freckle on it.
The thing is, that I have impression it's getting bigger (really slowly, but it is). I would like to ask, whether it is normal to have something like this (maybe just smaller), or whether it is some kind of skin anomaly, or whether it might be something dangerous so I should visit my doctor.
Thanks for reply.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to a cyst or a benign skin growth under the skin or due to hypertrophic scar if there is any history of any trauma to the skin. To confirm the diagnosis you need to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
