Sore bumps on labia majora.

I've been getting red bumps on my labia lately.
They aren't sore unless I touch them, meaning I can walk and sit and everything.
They aren't from shaving because I haven't shaved recently.
I'm not sexually active, but I masturbate alone quite frequently.
I used a vibrator a couple days ago that I borrowed from a friend of mine.
Although, the bumps started happening before I used the vibrator.
They are very noticeable and they seem to happen in twos or one at a time.
They are also swelling a bit. Any idea what this is?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since you are a virgin, it does not look like herpes. It can be due to infected hair follicles or boils. Wear cotton clothes and apply warm compresses and topical antiseptics. Also apply topical antibiotics like Neosporin. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
