bumps all over body

hi, i have had a problem for over 1 year. i get bumps that started on my wrists and rapidly moved down my arms then i started to get them on my shoulders face back legs and ankles. my doctor told me that initionally they were molescum contagiosum...so he burned them all off....they came back...they turned out not to be that. so then he diagnosed them as follicuitis and gave me clindamycin which made the bumps go away tempory. when ever i stopped the medication they would come back and he just told me to keep taking the medication. I have been taking it for over 6 months and what ever these bumps are ....have become resistent to the medication. some bumps are super tiny like the head of a needle while others are flat with the circumfrince of a pencil eraser. when they come in they are itchy for a few days and then the itchyness goes away. they are not follicuitis because i am getting them in areas with no hair follicular. i have changed all soaps and detergents. I have no clue thanks. I am also a wrestler if that helps.

Optional Information:
Age: 26; Male, Oregon

Already Tried:
i have changed all soaps and detergents. I have used clindamycin and other topical antibiotics. which worked for about 6 months to keep them away but they always came back when medication was discontinued for a period of 2-3 days. if the bumps pop they scar. when they do pop they have a tiny pin point hole in the middle and only the slightly bigger mature ones pop. they are not zits...they stay scabbed over the popped bumps for weeks.

i sometimes pop the bumps and a oil type substance slightly comes out. I have popped a few and left the many others alone.

I'm sorry that I can't tell you exactly what this is.  When you say "they stay scabbed over," that makes me wonder whether you ever pick or scratch these bumps, because that's pretty much the only way scabs form.  I suggest you absolutely avoid any picking or scratching and show your problem to the dermatologist, or perhaps a different one.  Folliculitis does sound possible, by the way, because there are tiny follicles all over the body, and the condition does tend to come back, off and on, for long periods.  But leaving the spots alone is essential for proper diagnosis.

Best.
