Strange evanescent white spots all over my legs

Hi! And thank you for your attention.
I recently noticed many white spots on my legs. I also feel disconfort and a little itch. The white marks come and go, they completly disapear and then come back strong. I think if it is hot (after bath or waking up from bed) it's worse. When they come, the non white spots look a little red and I can see a little edema maybe. I recently went to the beach and also shaved with a not so new razor (it had like 3 months... I know... it was the only one I had on hand!).

What do you think? I'm very worried!!

(Sorry if bad english)

I have a picture... trying to understand how to upload

Pictures should never be used to diagnosis someone, so they aren't permitted to be uploaded in the forum.  It sounds like you may have a heat rash of some type or even a rash from the sand at the beach.  Try to stay away from the heat, keep your legs washed with cooler water, and if the rash continues- I'd encourage you to get to your doctor to have them take a look.
