Strange mole with redish area.

Recently I noticed a dark brown mole surrounded with redish area. Here's a picture (it's bit blurry, I unfortunatly get get a sharper photo):

It's slightly less than 6mm. Pretty much flat. No itch. No pain.
Could it be cancer or just an irritated mole?

May be a dysplastic mole.Do get checked.

All suspicious looking moles need attention.Did you go out elsewhere to have received a spider bite?
