strange rash on my right arm ONLY

I have the strange rash that appears once in a while. It normally starts slightly above the left side of my right wrist (the upper part of my arm) its about 1/2 inch.  then goes up toward my elbow to a point.  there is a slight angle.  It is not raised, itchy, warm, no burning (no symptoms at all) besides that I can see it.  It looks like a hickey.  It alwasy appears ONLY on my right arm & in the same exact spot.  I have not pinched my arm in any way shape or form.  This morning when i woke up it was also on the top of my hand & around my wrist.  This is the first time that has happened. I have tried looking everywhere for it.  I did go see my old primary care dr about this & she said not to worry about it, but that was the first time it had ever happened & it has come back since then.  It only lasts about about 2 days.  I have since changed dr's & looking for anyone who is having the same sympotoms before I go to my new dr in regards to this.  Any advise?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like contact dermatitis or hives. Wash it with fresh water and apply some calamine lotion on the bumps which helps in soothing the skin. If the symptoms persist then topical or oral steroids and antihistaminics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I've just recently had the same issue.  I've also had some issues with my nervous system on my right upper shoulder, not sure if this has anything to do with the hives on my right hand and arm only.  But it's really strange.
