I am 20 yrs old. I am suffering from these symptoms:

1. At first, both my ears became itchy and reddish.

2. Then, it started to spread to my face. My face became reddish like the look of rashes all over except that there is just a bit to my forehead. It also feels ruff when I touch it.

3. The worst case is that it begin to swollen especially around my eyes and cheekbone.

4. Now, the swollennes is getting worst that I can't even open my eyes widely.

It's been a week since it started. I went to a clinic, then they suggest me to go to emergency. However, the emergency told ne to consult a dermatologist because they are not sure what it is. However, I need to have an appointment first in able to see a derma. Can you please suggest me some tips to make my look less worst while waiting for a derma? And give me an idea what it is?

I get similar rash as shine0930. and usually i get this rash during spring time. Here in michigan usa we have spring in april and may. usually i get rash in overnight, only on my face and ears and reaches to its peek in 48 hours, then the top lair of skin dies and during next 3~4 days dead comes off and everything comes to normal. It is very itchy, and it is basically redness like allergy no bumps or blisters or pimple anything like it. I have doubt that it is connected with trees those suddenly blooms with white flowers during these days. during early spring when we don't have those trees blooming, like in late march or april, sometimes wind blows from south, I get the same symptoms. It only happens in Spring time. I don't get watery eyes or nose running etc.
I have question does it have anything to with Cunnilingus?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Unexplained swelling of the lips and mouth without any predisposing disease is frequently caused by allergies. An allergic reaction can occur suddenly, even in a person with no previous history of allergy. This swelling is called angioedema. Diagnosis is by clinical examination and complete blood tests, electrolytes and renal function tests. Treatment is by antihistaminics and steroids. Also please stop taking the herbal drug as it may be responsible for your allergic reaction.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Well I put icepack whenever it's itchy. However, I use hot water for bath because it calms the itching. Right now, my face got improved a lot. I think it just went away on its own. I use aveeno soap. My mom recommended it because she also used to have that, though it wasn't in the face. And as for the dry skin, I just use vaseline, the one that we usually put in our lips. Not the lotion nor face moisturizer because it has only honey in it.  I find that everytime i use some chemical  cream or soap, it begin to get worst. The soap and the vaseline helped my face back to normal. Of course I also take benadryl, for allergy, as the doctor suggested me to take.
