I have the same things and they also appear on my feet, and I have ulsers in my mouth. Hand foot and mouth disease was ruled out, I’m only 3 days in, any answers??
My freind has been experiencing for a couple of days and it appears to hurt more as she touches it I think that this is a form of eczema, she was crying from the pain and she got it while traveling in another country which is Greece, her medical assistant has said that there is a virus going around so it might be that, u have to find finger cream and palm cream and apply to hand and it’s good to add cetaphil to your hand- your lystalgic emtiontion
It's been forever so who knows if you'll see this. These are from dishydrotic eczema. I suffered for about 3 years before I finally found a derm that knows. There are great creams for this..mostly on palms, between fingers, some people get them on their feet too. I've noticed for me that diet helps staying away from too much wheat and potatoes helps tons.
I suffer from this bizarre condition as well. Mine is brought on by using soap and water for long periods of time. After I cleaned my kitchen shelves I suffered terribly as the cloth, constant wetness and soap irritated me a lot. You may find yours is brought on by something as simple as that.
I have the same thing. I've never known what they were/are, but I've found that if I leave them alone they go away within a day or two. If I mess with them they take forever to heal.
Dear TaxasRunt. This makes the so much sense. I too started a diet and cut out a lot of garbage and between the pimples/acne in the palms of my hands. I think you're totally spot on. I have lost 52 lbs but this rash keeps coming back. and it may explain a few other issues like having the shingles that just started a few days ago. Again Thank You So So Much. Eddie11755
The rest of my comment didn't post... I don't have insurance and I hurl if I eat yogurt so is there any other way to get rid of these dang things?? Please help!
I have the same thing, and my wedding is in less than two months

Did you get an answer to this, I have the exact same thing you describe. Tiny dots, some are clear some are red, only hurt when pressed, went to a dermatologist who said they are not warts, they from a virus but didnt say what to do about it and didn't name the virus, they've never cleared up and i've had them for years, though they come and go
my son-in-law and i had developed the same problem at the same time. he's an IT at the health/science center, so he asked a dermatologist about it. she asked if he had a drastic change in diet recently. he laughed because our church was in the middle of a 21 day Daniel Fast. she asked "lots of whole wheat, starch and/or sugar?" he confirmed yes, especially the whole wheat and starches. she said he had a yeast infection in the intestinal tract and recommended eating yogurt or activia to balance out the good/bad bacterias. i started on activia 5 days ago and have already seen a huge difference. the old spots are clearing up and i've not noticed any new ones in the mornings like i had for weeks. hope this helps you too :)
Thank you... that was more info than I have hoped for! I will go to a dermatologist for exact diagnosis. Hopefully it can be resolved (I'm 5 months pregnant so not sure if I can take anything in the meantime) soon!
Hello,
The commonest cause is pompholyx eczema where the smaller vesicles have joined up to form a blister. Other possibilities are erythema multiforme, blistering dactylitis or herpes simplex. Pompholyx presents as tiny blisters (vesicles) deep in the skin of the palms. My sincere advice is to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist. If it is pompholyx(strongly suggestive), then the treatment lies in antihistaminics, topical and oral steroids and emollients.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
