It started roughly three weeks ago when two tiny red dots appeared on my glans (glands).
I've had several instances of Candidiasis in my life, so I thought it was it and started using an ointment based on Sertaconazole (it had always helped before). However after five days of treatment nothing changed, on the contrary the dots turned into some kind of redness. I don't have any sensations because of it - it's not itching or anything. To the touch it feels different than the rest of my penis, it's smoother and it feels kinda blunt, i.e. it's less sensitive.
My andrologist was unable to identify the disease and he insisted I had to be tested against genital HSV (a dubious proposition given that I'd had no possible ways of contracting it).
A dermatologist I saw a week ago said it was Candidiasis, and prescribed an ointment based on Natamycin but I've been using it for the past six days with zero results.
You can see two sets of photos here: https://imgur.com/a/8KpxI (NSFW!!!!!!!!) - they are two weeks old now but nothing has really changed aside from the redness getting twice as big.
Does this look like anything you know? Could it be cancer?
Please advise.
I'm really desperate! Local doctors seem to be totally useless.
