Upper lip piercing discharge clear liquid after 6 years without jewelery

I use to have a quiet few piercing on my face,never had problems trought the years,but there was this one exactly on my left upper lip that i've done more or less 6-7 years ago
Since the beginning i've had notice that it was like it nevere healed even after months,there was alway this white-ish clear liquid coming out of the hole.
Then i took the jewelery off like after 2 years,and still,there was this little amount of liquid like is always wet.
Never bothered me as it was not a big deal,until few months ago,when it stared to be really wet and annoyng,like lmost is dripping,i wipe it and is wet again,not even 3 sec before i've done it,and is driving me crazy.
I know sounds a bit disgusting..but what can i do?
Is so annoyng like i lick my lip every 5 sec the whole day or i wipe the wet away until i go to sleep.
Sounds really stupid and not a big issue but it is,i'm 26 years old and is very noticeable..i feel very awkward and when i wear lipstick it alway smudge it away like i have sweat on the left side of my lip..i need help is really driving me crazy
Why is that?what can i do??
