Weeping Spots on Left side of face

For about 3 years now I have been Suffering with a skin condition on the left side of my face. It is not above the eye or surrounding the nose area, but mainly on the jaw line and cheek area. The main problem is large spots which I can feel starting to develop which grow and eventually start to ooze/weep a clear liquid. This oozing will continue for a number of hours and causes me great embarassment. I also suffer from dry skin and when the spots (or papules/pustules?) or worse my skin is generally drier. I have been to see 2 Dermotologists and the first was unable to say what it is and the second is saying that it is rosacea an prescribed anti biotics, however these don't appear to have helped. I now take numerous supplements but see little improvement. Can anybody help?

Thanks for the reply. My first dermotologist took a biopsy, and he said that the discharge was inconclusive. He never mentioned rosacea and just gave up and said he couldn't do anything else for me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
First of all you should get a culture of the discharge from the weeping patch done.  This will also rule out any infection. Secondly a biopsy can be done to confirm the diagnosis whether any skin condition is causing these symptoms.
Please take a second opinion from a dermatologist if the symptoms persist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
