Penis tip pain after doc appt (doctor tried to pull foreskin back, I have phimosis)

I had a doc appointment and among other things he checked my penis. I have phimosis and he tried to pull back on the foreskin (I guess he didn't realize I have it, and the appointment went really fast).

This was a month ago, since then the tip of my penis has been really sensitive and hurts, like even the tip touching my underwear hurts / feels almost itchy (but only after it touches something, I don't think the "itchiness" is literal itchiness, if you know what I mean). If I pee, it hurts, I think due to pee touching the tip.

Visually, I don't notice anything particularly unusual, like a cut or weird fungus or anything, maybe there was a VERY slight darkness or redness on the bottom of the tip "lip" for a little while, but maybe it was always like that... but regardless, it's gone now.

To make things more confusing, on the day of the appointment I also started using a new pack/brand of underwear. I realized it releases cotton fabric lint, so lint stuck to the tip of my penis as well on that day and I'm sure helped irritate it more. I've since switched to other underwear and it helps a little but the symptoms are still pretty much the same... if it's getting better, it's happening really slowly.

I'm in my late 30s, I have phimosis, I also have low testosterone (not in any treatment yet, I would be but now I'm worried about this current pain) and don't get morning wood often lately.

Kind of worried now if it disrupted something with my phimosis and it's not going to get better on it's own. Would really appreciate any advice here. Thank you.

I'd recommend getting to another doctor to have them take a look- when you go in make sure they are fully aware of your condition and what happened with the previous doctor so that they don't make the same mistake.
