I'm not sure exactly what you mean by blood dots, but is it painful?  Are they growing, changing shape, becoming itchy- or anything like that?  If you have concerns, it's always best to have a doctor take a look in person- they will be able to more accurately tell you what's happening based on an in person exam and gathering more medical history.
