Ringworm, if that is what you have, is a fungus and needs to be treated with antifungal creams or tablets.
The bumps with the clear liquid sound like a fungal infection. If they are crusting and weeping and crusting over again, this couldbe impetigo. Again this is very contagious and you will need an antifungal cream for this. Keep the areas clean and dry, avoid sharing towels and pillows and contact whilst you have this problem. Once you apply the right antifungal cream for this, the itching will go.
How do you get ringworm?
Ringworm is passed between people through direct skin contact and by sharing objects such as towels, hairbrushes and bedding.
Pets, such as dogs and cats, can have ringworm and can pass it on to people they come into contact with.
Best wishes
It's not crusting. It's just bumps that turn into black spots/ or sores if I scratch them.
