Rash around nose and spreading like a 'moustache' to chin

20 year old female who has had a rash now for over a month. Occasionally its painful and itchy but usually not. I have been treated for eczema, Rosace and now a fungal. Each doctor thinks its something else. The fungal cream has made it unbearably itchy and sore. The rash is beginning to spread and you can see is almost forming small lumps. I can also see its moving inside my nose somehow.
Could it be an allergy? I have come home for 6 days and it has almost gotten worse since then, so i don't think it is environment based. I've stopped drinking and smoking 2 weeks ago and no difernce.
I am totally stuck and so embarrassed by it I won't leave the house. I'm desperate for any clues as to what it could be - please help.

My guess would be impetigo.  See a dermatologist.
