What type of acne or skin problem

I'm 33 yr old female. Recently i encountered acne problem whereby a small area on my cheek and nose become red, dry, tight and grow with plenty of small pimple. This is my third time of having the same problem at same area. The first occurance started when I have not done a proper facial wash after the hot spring in cold weather. However, It will heal by itself after a week or less when I put on lot of toner and aloe Vera gel to keep the area moisture. Do anyone face the same problem as me or  know what is this acne name or is this a acne or other skin infection problem? Kindly advise. Thank you!
