Mole shaved removal - Redness and scab not forming during healing process?

So roughly 10 days ago I had a raised mole removal done by shaving performed by a professional, I kept the dressing pad on for 2 days, then started washing it several times a day with just luke-warm water. I was told a scab should form and remain there for a few weeks then start falling off on its own. Well it's been a week and a half since the procedure and whenever a scab begins to form, if I have a shower the yellow gap becomes "goopy" and falls off.

I've looked online and tried to find a few examples of this but can't really seem to kind anything specific to my case, sort of in the dark here and not sure what to do at this moment in time. I guess the main questions are:

- When the yellow substance forms in the wound, should that be left alone and not removed, what to do when the    substance falls out after washing?

- Red bumps are appearing inside the wound, should I be worried about this?

- Whenever Vaseline or antiseptic cream is put on the wound, it causes the 'scab' to soften and not form, is this also a problem?

Forewarning, This is an image of the wound at this current time: http://i.imgur.com/2clp4zu.jpg
