White single dot on my glans after balanitis

Hi there,

Last year in Sebtember I went through a quite serious balanitis, which I treated with antifungal and antibacterial creams as well. I was on Std check, all results were negative. Now, it is ok with one exception: there is a small single white dot on my glans, which disappears when I use cream, but it comes back after. It is not painful, not itching, not spreading. It is small, like one mm. What can it be?
