Constant Foreskin Burning Feeling
What can a Dermatologist do to figure out what is causing a constant burning feeling in my foreskin. I have been feeling this way for close to 2 years now 24/7. At first it felt like a strong pinch feeling, and now a mild burn, but constant. Somedays it hurts more than other days. I'm tired of feeling this way. Been thinking of circumcision. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

For two and a half years I've had a constant burning and coldness at the head of my penis to my testicles. I find drinking lots of water helps with the burning, if I eat spicy food or am dehydrated I burn a lot.
Coldness is frustrating though, always there.
