Why does my skin get really red when touched?

It can be really embarrassing when people ask what's wrong with your face and I have to respond with I must have touched it. My skin never used to be like this, it started in the Navy. I have some guesses as to what may have caused it but would love if anyone can find a connection. So things that may have caused it: Getting hydraulic fluid on my skin easily on over 200 occasions ( they didn't provide protective equipment for small sizes even though I complained multiple times). Once had a hydraulic pressure line shoot fluid at me in face and ingested it and got it in eyes (it was a welcome to the shop joke...). On a second occasions got it in eyes. Have been stuck in a fuel issue and covered all over in fuel. Stress, I got tinea versicolar at one duty station due to climate and work environment. While in had doctor think maybe I have psoriasis, which then went to tinea versicolar,  which went to eczema... (in total 4 military doctors) I'm pretty sure it's not eczema.  Any idea? I was always on or around the Pacific Ocean if there could be a link.
