Yellow skin around mouth + MS treatments

The skin around my mouth is yellow and darker than the rest of my face. It became quite noticeable a couple years ago or so, when I started my MS treatment (Avonex). I am on different medication now (Daclizumab), but the yellowishness is still very much there. All my blood tests come back fine, including liver enzymes. The official lists of side effects for these drugs don't seem to include yellow skin, but the fact that it coincided in time like that is really suspicious. Can there be a connection between my medication - or the MS itself - and this symptom? Or is the yellow skin definitely a separate issue? If so, what can it be?

Thanks for your reply, but I don't think this is it. I rarely eat carrots (or any food that can have a dyeing effect, for that matter).

Extra carrot consumption can lead to Carotenemia with yellow pigmentation. No problem if so.
