Its probably lymph nodes dude! I used to have that problem in high school..sometimes they would get so huge and painful. They go away with puberty...you are fine!

This appears to be due to folliculitis. Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles.
Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing, blockage of the follicle or shaving. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).
It presents as pimples or pustules located around a hair follicle that may crust over
typically seen on neck, axilla, or groin area.
Topical antiseptic treatment is adequate for most cases.
Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment can be applied on the bump if it does not respond to the antiseptic.
It should resolve in a week to ten days.
