blackening of my forehead and dirt accumulation on my forehead and neck region

hello, my name is Dev age 28 yrs weight 103 Kg residing in Kolkata but presently working in Africa.
I am currently facing a problem of blackening of my forehead and dirt accumulation on my forehead and neck region. I have a little oily skin and it itches a times when i rub to remove dirt. Have consulted doctors but no result here in Africa . can i get a remedy for this ? Or can i get any reference good Doctor in Kolkata . Kindly help. Thanks

What kind of work are you doing? It sounds like maybe you are just getting dirt on your face due to sweating and dirt accumulation? Are you able to wash the dirt off- or does it just come back after washing due to the oil? Do you have access to any stronger face wash products?
