Sorry to hear that you are feeling so down.
You really need some help to get you out of this down mood.
Go for walks in the fresh air, that is free and it will boost your mood.

You have a degree (obviously not in English, as your spellings are not very good), but make use of it.  Apply for jobs.  Once you find a job that will boost your morale again.

In the meantime as you cannot afford any more medical treatment or use antifungal creams, just apply live natural yogurt to your genital area.  Apply quite a lot of it on before you go to bed and then wash it off in the morning.  It will feel cold.  If it is a fungal problem, the yogurt will help.  It will probably help with the red scrotum, but the papules may still be there.  Sometimes little white spots do appear and these are the sweat glands.  But your doctor should have told you what they are.

Get yourself sorted with help from other people before your get married.  It is very stressful getting married, so you need to sort things out with yourself first.

Best wishes

As the desonide 0.05% is making your scrotum more red and more itchy you should absolutely STOP using it immediately.

The warning of using Desonide states:

"If concomitant skin infections are present or develop, an appropriate antifungal or antibacterial agent should be used. If a favorable response does not occur promptly, use of desonide cream or ointment should be discontinued until the infection has been adequately controlled."

The warning also says that should you experience adverse reactions (which you are) you should stop using it as you may have an allergy to one of its ingrediends.

I thought you said you had no money, no work and couldn't afford to buy any creams!

Keep the appointment to see the urologist.  And tell him the reaction that you have been having to the desonide.

Balil ma man dont stress you might want to consider your problem to be in the same realm as us!! Redness can be due to overuse of steroid cream (cortisone) myself like u I had some redness that was going away slowly but I said I might see a doctor since doctors are for me (for myself!), but that was not the right decision because the doctor prescribed me Cortisone and my problems began and now I have been suffering this since last year and I have gone through immense depression but I worked out my siprtuallity by trying to be more religious person......
As for the pain (skin part) beach and salty water with a lil bit of sun helped me, but I have damaged glans skin with redness which flares up when Ever I wash or ****! I know the Cortisone cream prrscribed by doctor is what done this to me because it only started to happen as soon as I started using it and it further caused mr urological problems such as frequent urination and urine dribbling post my urination!!

All of this because of the Steroid cortisone cream which my dr gave me! The funny thing is I went to other doctors they wanted me to use more steroids hahahahah I can tell u mate as a University Researcher, every professional academic including doctors, are essentially basinh their advices on assumptions derived from a theoritecial-based knowledge in their descipline, so if the theory says cortisone cannot cause skin damage in short time, they actually take this as if it was absolute true rather than relstively true in terms of theory but not eviedence based!!

What you can get is a scrotum support, that might help.  And use the yogurt at night to cool it down.  In the day time use moisture cream, if you can't get any dibrobase or doublebae, or Dermol, try using vaseline, or a baby moisturising lotion.

I have lost a lot too, my youth, more importantly : my health.   I used to play guitar and sing.  My wrists hurt too much that I cannot hold down the chords anymore for more than a few seconds.  Had to stop singing because my throat and asthma was making it hard to sing.
Over this last year, my arthritis has got really bad that my legs hurt as well as my knees and hips and that affects the rest of the spine and then I feel pins and needles in my feet and suffer from meralgia parasthetica.  I have had to use creams down below for years and was diagnosed as having Lichen Planus.  I have to have a special cream for my face because I suffer from Rosacea and also a different cream for my fingers for the eczema.    I have recently got rid of a kidney stone and had one surgically removed when I was 39.

I never had any of those things when I was younger.

But we all have to do the best we can with what we have.

You have not lost everything.  You still have your youth on your side.  And only you can do something positive about your life.  As one chapter of our life finishes, another one begins.

How can you get married in 2 months time, when you feel so negative.  Obviously, your partner does not think you have lost everything.

If you have a faith, then pray for strength and guidance.  Do something positive to make yourself feel mentally better.  If you were able to see a doctor, I would suggest that you did and got some form of counselling to help you through this down mood.

Best wishes.

Well, I can't understand why you should lose your job just because you have a red scrotum with popules!  Unless of course you were a male nude model :)

With the papules, apparently they can appear in young men. I have read that carbon dioxide laser ablation can remove or reduce the appearance of the bumps, which is an option for you should the problem you have be that.  Your doctor will be able to tell you if this is what you have and a dematologist would be able to remove them if it is getting you down so much.  They are not contageous, but you may feel some sensitivity in that area.

If you feel it may be HPV or genital warts you really need to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.  These are contageous.  So do not have sex until you know what it is that you have.

For the red scotum, you can apply a thin layer of antifungal cream.  Make sure you wash regularly and wear cotton underwear.  Manmade fabrics makes the body sweat and Thrush (which is a fungus) loves dark damp (sweaty) and warm places in which to thrive.

Is there a free clinic that you can go to to get it checked out?

As you have seen urologists and a dermatologist I presume that all sexually trasnitted diseases have been ruled out.

The only other thing, as you have been taking antibiotics and that can cause problems in itself, I would suggest that you get checked out for a fungal infection, like Candida Albicans and Thrush.

Thrush can cause itching and redness.  Although it can be caught through sex, it can also get out of hand if you have a high sugary diet, are diabetic, and through using antibiotics.

You can apply natural live yogurt to the area, drink the yogurt as well as get capsules that contain the good bacteria.  Also do not use any soaps, or shower gels, wash regularly and under the foreskin and wear cotton underwear and no tight clothing.

Yur doctor can also prescribe antifungal creams (not cortisone) or you can purchase them from the pharmacist.  When you apply the antifungal cream, only apply it thinly and follow the advice and instructions on the leaflet.
