Am I having an allergic reaction to Glycolic Acid?

I've tried The Ordinary 7% Glycolic Acid Toning Solution for 2 days only at night time as they told on the packages.  After day 1,  everything is fine. But in day 3, I noticed tiny bumps appeared all over my face and my face's been getting red and itchy. The area around my lips is the worst, it gets red very easy even when I apply my moisturizer and it just gets thickening :( So I dropped everything in my skincare routine and only wash my face with water and moisturize after. I also applied the toner to my chest and it got very itchy as well :( I'm scared that I might have damaged my skin. It's day 4 and I cant tell whether it's getting better or not.

It does sound like a reaction- if it doesn't start to get better, get to your doctor and have them take a look- let them know what product you were using.
