Hi I've had burnning nipples all day now i have tryed Vaseline and it dose not workeven for me at all when i touch it burns when it burns so i have to kepo a bra on to help the burning abit can someone please help

Have you tried anything with lidocaine?  I have Lido Patches by Rx. It takes awhile, but it numbs.  But I recently heard a commercial for over the counter Lido Patches.
