I have a lump on my underarm...

Dear Doctor, I'm 13 years old, and i have 2 lumps under my right armpit. For the past several nights, I have not been about to sleep, because I'm afraid of what it is. I have had the the first lump since 3rd grade, and nothing seemed to be wrong with it, its growing hair, and it doesn't hurt, and, from what I can tell, it never grew. The 2nd lump, It just came, I found it when I was looking at my other lump, and then I got super scared. They both don't hurt, and Mom thought the first lump was a fatty deposit, as I am obese. The 2nd lump looks like a bruise, from the color, because I have had some bruises look like that in the past, but not elevated. I took a Cancer test, as seen here: http://www.cancersymptomstest.com/result.jsp, it told me my health was fine. I don't have any of the normal symptoms of Cancer, but that lump on my armpit. I read about male breast Cancer, but I squeezed my nipple, and such and no discharge of any came out. No where of my body aches, except the occasional muscle aches, but I'm sitting in my room all day using the PC, and sitting in my rocking chair, in the cold, as I am now. But I have to aches other than that. No hair is coming out, and TRUST ME, no weight loss, even though I had weight loss, but not due to Cancer, I mean like working out and stuff. I also eat 2-3 big to small meals a day, if that helps also. I had the 1st lump for about 5 years, and the 2nd for maybe a day. They don't hurt or anything. Now I'm reaping myself, sorry for being scared. I hope you guys can help!!! P.S. Should I be scared? I'm really really almost depressed because I don't wanna die.

Ok I tried to sleep, buy my whole arm and my breast was tingly when i slept, when i moved it, it was fine, but in one spot it felt that way. Im sorryi f im getting scared for nothing, Im reallly reallly afraid right now, the tingling did get near the lumps, but not for long. Would it help to work out more? Are my Muscles cramping up because?

P.S.S.S. That's a lot eh? One more thing, on time to time, my right breast feels tingly, and my right shoulder blade, but its not near my lump. But then again, I'm in a cold environment. I hope all my symptoms help!

P.S.S. Is it bad to put heat or cold on it? Because I've been doing that. No pain or anything, just thought it would help. Also I've been measuring it, it hasn't gotten bigger.
