Hiya
Me too had chicken pox 4 weeks ago, all the scab is gone now but the marks are quite deep.
they are all over face n upper body too.I am confused as i never seen anyone with such deep marks, can say if i dont see them, jus touch them with finger, i can feel it.
i met some ppl who had it in last months but mine scars looking quite different as theirs r jus on surface, not deep.
I havnt touched or rubbed them at all,Can anyone help me how to get rid of these deep scars? Its depressing when at the age of 28 suddenly  you see such big and unacceptable change in yourself.
Any advice?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Chicken pox does not leave scars unless it is rubbed or itched. For now nothing much is to be done except applying calamine lotion and vitamin E. These marks will take a few days or even weeks to go away.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
