Allergic Contact Dermatitis Rash Won't Go Away

I developed a pretty severe rash from using a body wash product that I had been using for 6 weeks.  I did not get a rash until I started using the 2nd bottle (same product).  It started off itchy and bumpy and it spread all over my arms, legs, upper chest.

Went to see a dermatologist who gave me prednisolone (20mg/day for 7 days), cortisone cream and a steroid shot.

Anyway, I stopped using the body wash just over 3 weeks ago now.  My rash has turned into what looks like goosebumps, all over my arms and legs.

Is this normal?  Will they disappear on their own or do I need to get some cream?
