i am 20 yrs old a virgin uncircumcised nd guess wat nw i hv a strange white patch on top of my glans that i think is increasing
also i hv varicocele nd i am peeing a lot (i drink 3 ltrs of water min nd watevr i drink comes out in an hour or so .is this normal)
+ i hv this strange abrasion type skin on my penis doesnt hurt or nething bt i do hv mild mild itching
i manstrubated against the bed abt a month back can dat be causing all this
glans is wrinkly (normal or not?)

Hi,

We can readily assume that this white patch of the penis may be secondary to an irritation caused by frequent manipulation of the area. The penile skin especially that of the glans is highly sensitive and may readily be injured. Other differentials will be a dermatitis or a psoriasis. I suggest that you have this assessed by your urologist or dermatologist.

This may not be something urgent but an initial assessment will be able to help. You may need to apply some medications on the area.In the case of a dermatitis or psoriasis, corticosteroids may be able to help. Do not self medicate. The penile skin as mentioned may be readily irritated.

This "hard soft thing" you have noted in the shaft, is this noted to be palpable within or outside the penile shaft?

nd when i press my glans wid my thumb nd fingers such dat thumb is on top nd fingers on the bottom of glans i notice a hard soft type thing
wat is dis my urethra or my prnis shaft or smthing else
is dis normal
