Yes, could be chiggers, but they're usually in the grass. You get them on your feet or calves....Bed bugs - I DON'T THINK SO. No lay person can or should diagnose this - you need to see a physician to actually find out what it is. (I am NOT a physician.) However, being in the yard and messing with trees is the first clue. It could be Poison Ivy or Oak. Those would be best guesses. But it also sounds to me like it's blood/immune system related. Allergy-related. Could even be Psoriasis - red, raised itchy bumps that don't go away. Also, that it was on your forearm first is a clue. Then on your torso and other areas. Sounds like your auto immune system is out of whack. After you see a regular dermatologist, you might want to try a "cleanse" or a fast of some kind. You know, cleansing your system to get it back into balance. Once you find out what it is, there are lots of great natural remedies for these things.PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT THIS IS!
could be chiggers, they are really tiny bugs that "jump" in your pores and when they die they come out as a "scab" almost and it is really intense itching also make sure that you don't have bugs in your home, my neighbor just had an infestation of bed bugs, they had hive like bumps, itchy and red and let me tell you they are still fighting with it. those are the two things that i would think of it if you can feel the "bite' before they arrive. PS with chiggers you only get they around high weeds and grass and tey LOVE the heat summers are their breeding grounds. Hope this helps. usually only a derm dr can pinpoint the chiggers and bed bugs bites.
