Hello,
These wart like growths can be due to seborrheic keratosis which are benign growths on the skin. A senile wart also called as seborrheic keratosis is a noncancerous benign skin growth that originates in keratinocytes and are round or oval, flat or slightly elevated, light tan to black and very small to more than 2.5 centimetres in size lesions which may resemble warts.
Dermatoscopy and skin biopsy are helpful in diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
