i am masterbating from 4 years , but from a year , after masterbation , my penis burns , sometimes intense. . i put cold water to get releive from pain and try to urinate but urine feels hot and as soon as it reaches the last part of penis to leave the body it just inflamates it like a match stick , after 30 mins of it everything becomes normal but veins of  penis becomes more visible.. what is it. now every time this happens. i have come to a new city where river water is supplied. what should i do now

i believe you should start using some lotion or cream or oil , so it wont harm your penis , and use some cold water when showering or after youre done doing your thing , its pretty normal , and it hurts when u pee cause youre not drinking enough water probably , hope you get better :D
