medication for BRP

I have BRP and it has been a living hell. it has effected every part of my life. I can't even work. i am in constant pain (itching, burning, sting in my arms. I've been through basically every medication. I have even tried an epidural. Gabapentin is the only thing that has seemed to help a little. I am already on the highest dose they prescribe. Has anyone ever tried Lyrica and Gabeapentin at the same time?

I was reading different comments regarding BRP on this site yesterday- someone mentioned that MENTHOL really gives relief (i.e. Biofreeze)
So I tried it last night and I was able to sleep last night for the first time in awhile.
It worked. Makes sense because ICE works so why not MENTHOL?
Try it.

I would like to reply to all the comments, but not enough time. I have suffered with BRP for many years and tried all the remedies mentioned in the comments. Some offer limited relief but there is no cure. I also suffer with chronic back pain for which I use a topical pain cream. My arms were itching so badly one day that I smeared the pain cream all over my arms. The itching stopped; of course it came back but I just added more cream.
The BRP is Maddening...but the pain cream helps. It is prescription medication: Voltaren Gel 1% (diclofenac sodium topical gel)
