odd hair sprouting dimple/dent on infant's face

Hi, when my infant was born I noticed a small patch of dark coarse, 2-4mm length hairs coming from a small spot just below her eyebrow. My pediatrician has seen it and was not really able to give me an answer as to what it is, except maybe a mole. After a couple months I plucked out the hairs and can see the spot is not (or barely) pigmented like a mole is- but instead turns out to be a shallow little ( about 2mm or so ) dimple type divot maybe 1mm or so deep. When she cries and tightens the skin around her eyes to it gets more visible. Within a few days I could see the dark hairs starting to grow out of the divot again. I googled like crazy but can't find any diagnosis for it.

Any ideas what it might be?
