possible causes

I have developed a rash of small bumps around the mouth, in the creases from the the cheeks to the nose  (laugh lines), between the corners of the eyes & the nose, the temples, on my tounge,
onthe backs of my hands,on my wrists below the palms, a few on my legs & around my knees. when i scratch them they make a small black  spot and then in a few days the bump comes back. they itch
all the time.I have to my family dr.& two dermatologists & have not been able to get a diagnoisis.the dermitologists wouldn`t even look at my tounge. I have tried 1 & 2% cortizone, benadryl
cream, zinc cream & antibiotics, none have helped clear it up or stopped the itching .I live in a remote area of KY. & there`
aren`t
any other dematologists to go to.would like a list of possible causes to give the dr.s here.    thank you.

no it doesn`t keep me up at night. My spouse is not bothered by this. after i scratch the bumps(they look simular to small pimples but there is nothing in them)they make a small black scab
that flakes off then the process starts all over again. it look simular to some of the examples of perioral or atopic dermatitis that i have on the net.

I'm awfully sorry, but I can't figure out from your description what might be causing your rash.  Is anyone else around you itching?  Does the itch keep you awake at night?
