raised pink bump on chest

I have a raised pink bump that has been on my chest for about 3 years now. It was a pimple that i picked at. it scabbed over then i guess just grew into this. i didn't even realize it. it has grown in size but very slowly. it's smaller than a pencil eraser and is slightly raised above my skin. it's somewhat waxy and is not discolored in any way nor is it an awkward shape. it's like a rectangle. it does not irritate me, except sometimes when my clothes rub against it, i just feel pressure. no pain. just A LOT of stress from it. i'm losing sleep. please somebody help me!! i have no idea what it is.

Thanks so much for you insight, but I'm pretty sure it's not a wart or a mole. I can't go to the doctor yet because I don't have insurance at the moment. While getting a facial a dermatologist told me her daughter had the same thing and it was bunched up tissue, but mine is bigger than before when i first got it. I looked up cancer (which terrifies me) and from all the descriptions I just have one symptom from each different kind...not the full description, but it could be anything. I also looked up a blood blister and it kinda looks like that (the pink ones) except aren't blood blisters supposed to disappear after awhile?

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a mole, molluscum or a cutaneous wart(chances are more).

Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person. It is also possible to get warts from using towels or other objects used by an infected person.
Sometimes the warts resolve spontaneously and sometimes treatment may be required.Treatment includes salicyclic acid application, curettage, cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen, laser treatment and silver nitrate pencils and glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde preparations.

I feel that you should consult a dermatologist and discuss these possibilities with him.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
