rash on penis after sex

My husband and I have been together for years, never separated and have 2 kids. We noticed, more after 2nd child, during intercourse his penis gets really irritated and has red tiny blisters around the head and gets flakey. He also has a small cut right under the head that keeps irritating him as well(not circumsized). This problem happens every time and always when I get "wet". Could he be having an allergic reaction to me? After a day or so all will go back to normal but we just hold back now until we get answers. I get my annual check-ups and everything comes back normal/negative. Please help!!

Thank you for the information.:) I will definitely let him know. We wanted at least some info before he went to see a doctor.

Hi, really fits the symptoms of a male yeast infection which is a change in his skins PH and causes an overgrowth of his natural flora. You know what might be best is the next time he gets this have him see a doctor. Maybe they can do a scraping culture to see whats it is but sounds bacterial/fungal.
