irritation at tip of penis

About 5 days ago i had unprotected oral sex from a female. ever since that day my penis has been irritated. like when it rubs against my underwear. now i feel asleep right after this and did not clean it off till much later the next day. i was traveling. first of all how likely is it i got an std from this. and would this been an std or just skin irritation.
this was the dumbest thing i have ever done and am feeling real guilty about it. so is this all in my head would be my nesxt question.

thanks,

Try not to feel guilty man.  It happens.  And it might just be skin irritation too.  You could try using a penis heath creme.  I used one when I had skin issues down there and it really worked.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This irritation at tip of penis can be due to STD’s, fungal infection or allergic contact dermatitis. You need to get a complete STD panel test done. You should see if it includes all of these: gonorrhea, chlamydia, mycoplasma, ureaplasma urealyticum, trichomonas, syphilis and herpes).

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
