red spots on back of ankles

31yr old male, and I have these red spots on the backs of my ankles. they do not itch, burn, or hurt. It is flat, not raised. If i press my finger on the spots with pressure it goes white, and comes back to this red. Can anyone identify what this is or anything I can use to make it go away. It has been there for the last 2 years. I've never been to see a doctor
because I don't have any health insurance.

here is a link to pic of it:

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be stasis dermatitis, vascular eczema or some other vascular problem causing dermatitis. Apply some calamine lotion and keep the legs elevated while sitting. Also avoid standing for prolonged periods and wear cotton clothes. If the symptoms persist then you need to get it examined from a vascular surgeon and dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. Treatment can be started only when the diagnosis is confirmed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
