Ingrown hair on my shaft and another question.

Hi,

I have had this bump on the shaft of my penis for 2-3 weeks now. It was normal just like a pearl until yesterday when it got a bit reddish and felt like a pimple. What is this and what should I do? I am moving so another country for awhile so I cannot go to the doctor yet (and will have problems doing so because of the language barrier) :).

I have never had any kind of bump like this, it is in the middle of my shaft. But it doesn't feel like anything serious, I haven't had sex yet either.

Here is a picture of it: http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/1331/follicle2np.png

Also if I am allowed to post a second quick question. I have had this skin eczema(?) for awhile now. It itches alot and these itchy watery things seem to be emerging on the skin, they itch alot and then I scratch them at night and they get bloody.

Here is a picture of my right leg first and then my left one:

Thank you.

Mouthwash usually contains some kind of mild anti-bacterial chemical which may help kill off the bacteria in the cyst. It is better to buy a proper anti-bacterial cream suggested by the chemist as this is much more effective.

I have been reading around and saw that a strong mouthwash usually makes the cyst/pimple disappear, if you see this, any comments?

It looks like a cyst, not a wart.  The second picture shows not eczema but just marks from scratching, perhaps from stress.  For the bump, you're going to have to show it to someone to get a proper diagnosis, but if you're not sexually active (and, if I understand you right, have never been), then there's no rush.

For the itch, apply an itch cream like non-prescription Benadryl cream every time it itches, don't scratch, and it should go away.

Take care.
