small little slightly painful bump on penis shaft

hi, i noticed a little bump on the skin of the penis shaft. this little bump seems like an inflammation which hurts upon touch

and yes, i tried to ***** it, i remember a little pimple like pus coming out last week,  it's still there and i tried to squeeze it

nothing really comes of it except of some tissue damage
its slightly hard(like the rest of the other follicles of my skin in that area which a dermatologist seen and said it's alright)

what could this be?
i tested for a full STD 3 months ago and am negative for HSV and etc, i.e. all negative

is it likely a blocked follicle?

dear doc,

i'd went to my dermatologist, was prescribed gentrisone and advised not to shave/pluck the hair around there for the time being
applied it 2 times a day, and it's getting better

it's not really painful to begin with, just an additional info, there is a pore-like thing on it, so chances are it's folliculitis or something, esp since gentrisone seems to make the inflammation go down
now it's alright, i'll update again

It can be a boil, infected hair follicle or a cyst. Boil is usually due to plugged sweat glands that become infected or by an ingrown hair.

Apply warm compresses on the boil and keep the area clean. Drainage of the boil is done only when it becomes soft and forms a head. Take some over the counter pain reliever and consult a doctor for examination and antibiotics prescription. If the symptoms persist then you can apply topical antibiotics like Neosporin.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. I have a small red bump in my penis head bottom it hurts and I have it for 5 days now.  What can I do to help go away?

just to give a little more info, i have pearly penile papules on the base of my penis

this bump, on 2nd inspection, is not painful now
i just started to shave my pubic region as well, could it be some kinda inflammation?
in grown hair as some of them grow a little on the shaft as well?
block sebaceous gland?
some help or advice is definitely appreciated

i'm convinced its not herpes as i was tested 2 months ago and was free of herpes in my body

the bump is a little tender
it is localised on the skin of the penile shaft only

my penis shaft since young have those little round whitish spots ard the base of the shaft, a dermatologist once said that it's something common and harmless

this bump is like a slightly larger version of them
any help from anyone?
