Cracks, itching & soreness on both the corners of the nostrils
I am 29 yrs / male
It started five years before........ after washing face with sope / face wash i used to get little itching & soreness along both the corners of my nostrils (where nostril touches the cheeks). Initially I did not pay much attention.
But withing 2-3 months soreness increased and cracks started to appear along the corners..... therefore i started applying cold cream / vaseline daily.
cold cream / vaseline worked well for 2-3 years..... but after that itching & soreness increased more and cracks got more deeper blackning both the corner lines, therefore i changed my sope (started using Dove which has 1/4th moisturiser)...... and it was fine untill now
And now.....even though i use ultra-mild sope which has high moisturiser content, its paining again........ cracks are becoming dryer & deeper with more itching....
Please help, i cant bear this pain....... what could b the reason of this? Is it due to nutritional deficiency (i take balanced diet)?
