strange sudden blisters in 2 remote places

My wife just discovered a  line about 1 1/2 inch long of blisters on my ypper right back and then a few minutes later I happend to look down and notice a patch of blisters just below my left knee about the size of a dime or so.  Neither is painful and were only notice by accident.  No other issues and I have not been around anyone who has had chicken pox that I know of.  Any idea what this could be and what I should treat it with?

Hello,
It is unusual places for chicken pox to appear.moreover if you had chicken pox in the childhood then chances of shingles are more.If there is any itching then it can be insect bite also. Shingles occurs in people who have had chickenpox and represents a reactivation of the dormant varicella-zoster virus. The first sign is usually a tingling feeling, itchiness, or stabbing pain on the skin. After a few days, a rash appears as a band or patch of raised dots on the side of the trunk or face. The rash develops into small, fluid-filled blisters which begin to dry out and crust over within several days. When the rash is at its peak, symptoms can range from mild itching to extreme and intense pain.

I sincerely suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
