whiteheads

ive got whiteheads under the foreskin on my penis. they've been there for ages now i wash it twice a day ive scrubbed them but i cant pop them because it stings too bad is there anything else i can try or are they just going to be there for ever?

Hello,
They symptoms are indeed symptomatic of Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization. Please discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.
