Hi there, you're not doing anything wrong. We are working on getting content links clickable within the app, but for now use the instructions given on where to find the content within the app. Usually you go to Health Guide and a particular section and scroll to find the article.

Hello. Thanks for using our apps! Do you mean you are going to our forums through your app and when you try to open a question, it is not opening? Do you wait a few seconds for it to properly load? If this problem is still happening, please go to the three bars horizontal bars in the left corner of the app and tap on those. Scroll down to support and you can send our app support team an email directly from your app which will allow them to see what is going on better. Please give as much detail as possible when sending your email about what is happening so that they can solve the issue for you. Again, thanks for using our app and we'll get this sorted out for you.
