I'm always craving salt so i normally eat nuts at night. If I want something sweet I do carrot stick or celery with peanut butter and a few chocolate chips. Sometimes I'll have yogurt. There are so many options. If my post meal blood sugar is a little lower I may do popcorn or something with a few carbs. I try to have protein with my carbs to help slow digestion.
